How swaps work here
You sign an order instead of sending a public swap. CoW Protocol's solvers compete to fill it and settle orders in batches at one price, so sandwich bots can't front-run you, and an order that can't be filled at your limit simply expires.
On Base and Arbitrum a swap costs cents in network fees; on Ethereum it costs a few dollars, so small swaps are cheaper on Base or Arbitrum. Our 0.5% fee is already included in every quote.
